Dragon God Warrior

Everyone but Long Yi and the Dragon Royal Family were shocked at how good Long Fuxi, the Dragon Queen herself was treating so good this boy.

Many people at the party went jealous after seeing how good the Dragon Queen was treating Long Lao Er. An angry junior elder said to the Dragon Queen.

"Your highness do you think it's a good idea to let the Dragon Princess befriend such weakling trash of unknown origin?, Do you want me to kick that snotty kid out of here?"

"How dare you talk to my wife that way!" said an angry Long Yazi, but before he could kill him, the Dragon Queen Long Fuxi herself stopped her husband and said to rude elder.

"It's not polite to treat a precious guest that way, especially when this young kid is the grandson of one of your peers, right elder Yi?"

"As always you are right your highness", answered Long Yi.

"Also, who my daughter befriends and marries is none of your business!, so back off!" said Long Fuxi.

Many of the guests for the first time were witnessing the Dragon Queen's fury.

"Elder Qiuniu, please take care of punishing that disrespectful fellow". said an imposing Dragon Queen.

The disrespectful elder looked at Long Qiuniu, who could only swallow what he was about to say and punished his subordinate.

But who was Long Qiuniu?

Long Qiuniu was not only the leader of the Grand Elders, but also the second strongest cultivator in the Dragon Realm and the Dragon King's smallest brother. His cultivation level was at the Nascent Soul Realm ninth level late stage. Although still weaker than the Dragon King; Long Qiuniu was sure he could take on his big brother, given he had time to make some preparations.

Long Qiuniu wasn't as handsome as his brother but that didn't meant he wasn't handsome. He had, had through all his life many wife's and concubines, although he never got the woman he really wanted. Long Fuxi the Dragon Queen herself.

In their childhood, Long Yazi and Qiuniu were the strongest amongst the young generation.

The previous Dragon King only had a daughter called Long Fuxi, who through her mother's side inherited the Dragon Warrior's blood inheritance. After the last Dragon Warrior died, all his descendants had been women so far who hadn't been able to become the Dragon Warrior.

For many years both brothers went after Long Fuxi who chose Long Yazi in the end. And although Long Qiuniu said that he was over her sister in law, Long Fuxi could feel from time to time, l.u.s.t coming from her brother in law eyes.

That was why Long Qiuniu despite being a Grand Elder, could only follow the Dragon Queen orders and punished his subordinate.

Shocked because of his father latest actions, Long ZhangLang whispered something to his big brother, Long Qiong.

Long Qiong opposite to his brother was a very handsome 14 years old cultivator at the seventh level of the Qi Condensation Realm. Unlike his little brother, Long Qiong wasn't only the most powerful cultivator amongst the younger generation but he was also considered the most charismatic and handsome in general opinion.

If someone asked the commons folk and the nobility who should the Dragon Princess get engaged, they would all answer: Long Qiong.

"Brother, you need to be careful with this Long Lao Er, although he looks weak; he will use any cheap trick to win. If you aren't careful, he will steal the princess from you" said Long ZhangLang.

After his humiliated defeat, Long ZhangLang had told no one except his big brother about it. He couldn't even tell his father because he was afraid that his father; Long Qiuniu would punish him.

Finally Long Qiong step close to where Long Lao Er was.

After having greeted Long Suanni's parents, Long Lao Er and Suanni were happily chatting amongst themselves, leaving all the other kids jealous of the attention the Dragon Princess was giving Long Lao Er.

"Good afternoon your highness." said Long Qiong then he looked at Long Lao Er and said to him,

"Hello, my name is Long Qiong and you must be Long Lao Er" said Long Qiong to Long Lao Er.

"I have heard much about you from my little brother ZhangLang and I do want to apologise for his past behavior." said an apologetic Long Qiong.

Long Lao Er and Suanni were shocked, while everyone else looked towards Long Qiong in admiration. Both Long Lao Er and Suanni never expected that this kid who was 14 would not only be handsome but also humble and polite, he was the exact opposite from his little brother.

With a big smile on his face, Long Qiong then added.

"If you don't mind, me and my fiance need to discuss something in private."

Long Qiong then tried to put one of his hands on Long Suanni's small and creamy shoulders.

"As expected, they indeed are a match made in heaven", "Just like I thought, Long Qiong is the only one who can match her highness"

said some people.

Long Suanni had a cold look on her eyes, before Long Qiong could put his hands on her, she brushed them away.

"Who's your fiance, as far as I know you and I aren't engaged nor will we get engaged with you!" said an enraged Long Suanni.

"Isn't it obvious, the only reason your father rejected all suitors is because he wanted his own little brother son to marry his own daughter."

Long Lao Er and Suanni looked at Long Qiong with a confused expression. Long Yazi then approached them and said with to them with a loud voice so everyone could hear him.

"The only person my daughter is going to get married is to the Dragon Warrior himself, just as it was predicted when she was borned. So stop with your delusions and train hard because in 4 years, when the year of the Dragon arrives, we will all witness the birth of the next Dragon Warrior on the Dragon Warrior's Tournament."

Everyone clapped, while Long Qiong was thinking that what the Dragon King said, meant that he would be becoming the next Dragon Warrior. He didn't doubt that with his strength they might as well already declared him the winner.

Long Lao Er gave Long Suanni, her birthday gift. It was the common red jasmine he had picked on the outskirts of the Demonic Dragon Forest.

Pure Qi essence was being realized from the jasmine.

Long Suanni with her cheeks covered in red accepted the jasmine, smiled and kiss Long Lao Er on his left cheek.

All the elders furiously looked at Long Yazi and Fuxi, waiting for them to say something.

Long Yazi didn't said anything, while Long Fuxi just smiled.

Everyone but Long Lao Er knew that this act meant that Long Lao Er had asked for Long Suanni's hand in marriage, and since she had accepted the flower; she had accepted the compromise. They were now engaged.

"Why are you angry at some child's play. My daughter is going to marry the Dragon Warrior!".

said the Dragon King as he finished the party.
