Dragon God Warrior

Thick trees and old roots extended everywhere. The old canopy was so dense in this ancient place that Long Lao Er could see occasionally streaks of sunshine that rarely touched this Demonic Forest floor.

From time to time demonic beasts could be seen but due to Long Lao Er's current cultivation level they didn't dare to approach him. As long as he didn't get close to a powerful demonic beast territory; Long Lao Er wouldn't be attacked.

It had been ten days since Long Lao Er had started his journey towards the Heavenly Dragon Shrine and he was currently using his compass array and a map to travel.

As expected of an intelligent person, Long Lao Er was very well prepared for this journey. He had packed several dharma treasures he had created and was given several pills by his master in order to have a safe journey and now he was using one of this dharma treasures.

This dharma treasure was an array trap, which when activated; it would realise an exquisite smell that could attract demonic beasts of low level cultivation and once they were inside the array; the array will trap them. Once trapped, it would be Long Lao Er's time to kill them and cook it before eating them.

So Long Lao Er had trapped a demonic rabbit which he was now cooking. Unlike other cultivators who would need fire to cook their meals, Long Lao Er had invented another dharma treasure that allowed him to cook his meals.

Fourteen days had passed since the journey started and Long Lao Er was traveling north towards the Heavenly Dragon Shrine.

So far it had been a safe yet lonely journey as he missed his dear Long Suanni and her master Long Fuxi and yet he continue as he knew that by completing this journey would be the only way to happily be with them in the future.

He needed to become the Dragon Warrior and be the strongest cultivator in order to achieve his dreams.

Long Lao Er stopped to rest. For the past two days he had been traveling non stop and he needed to rest before continuing. He took his dharma compass and his map to check the direction and saw that he was five days away from the closest town.

That made him happy, he would be finally be able to see people after so long.

Currently the Demonic Forest was quite. There was no demonic beast in the vicinity as the Qi essence from the place peacefully circulated through the Demonic Forest.

Being able to stand in a peaceful place made Long Lao Er feel relaxed as he never was. If only his life could be as relaxed as he was feeling right now, he would be able to drop his guard and live happily in bliss.

Faint wind was blowing up some of the maple like leafs from the trees into the shallow current of a creek which was fastly running as dropped leafs let the current take them wherever the current was traveling to.

Long Lao Er felt relaxed for the first time in many years as he closed his eyes and started absorbing the Qi essence from the place, when suddenly out of nowhere he ingested a pill he had taken out and threw a second pill into the ground.

This second pill produced a small explosion and smoke which covered Long Lao Er.

Some time later; the smoke was gone with Long Lao Er as five figures appeared. This figures had been tracking Long Lao Er for the past eight days.

"Brother Di Yi, it seems that our target has escaped. Did he noticed us?" Said a bulky man to the muscular looking man named Di Er.

"It's just coincidence. Our cover is perfect as we didn't leak any Qi essence and we covered our smell and all our tracks, right brother Di San?" Asked brother Di Yi to his good looking older brother Di San.

"Never mind that and let's continue." Said the ugly looking brother, brother Di San.

"Let's separate in order to cover more terrain." Suggested the oldest looking brother Di Si.

"Then stop talking and go!!" Ordered the youngest yet strongest brother Di Wu.
