Noah woke up from a nudge on his shoulder and when he opened his eyes, he saw Oscar pointing a blue light on his face. There was also additional lights came from the above through that secret hole where he had fallen into. Dazzling by that light directly into his eyes, he shielded his eyes using his left arm. He didn't feel the immense pain anymore but only aches all over his body.

The surrounding became clearer and only did he realise how small that sub-cellar was. It was about one tenth of the room above. Not too far from him, there was an uncapped bottle laid on the cold floor. His memory then flashed back to the moment he hit something solid before the pungent smell suddenly disrupted all of his senses. He then crawled to it and properly tucked it around his harness. He also checked the hard disk that he had carried along with him and luckily he didn't lose it as he fell down into the hole.

After securing these two important items, he pushed himself up from the floor with the aid from Oscar. Half of his weight was on Oscar as his leg wobbled like jelly. Oscar tied his waist with a loop of rope that was hanging in the air from the above.

"Ready? 1... 2... 3..." On Oscar's count, the rope slowly was pulled up. Noah was flying in the air until he finally escaped from that hole. As he came up, he saw a man with a mask on which covered the face but from the body build, he recognised that person. Nick... Nick was here to save him.

Nick then dragged him away from the hole to one of the laboratory table as to provide space for another person. Nick unloosed the rope and threw it again down the hole. Soon, Oscar came up from the same hole as he was just now. Nick took out two same black masks as he wore and tossed them to Oscar and Noah.

"Wear these. My men temporarily intrude this place to divert their attention. Come on! We need to get out of here fast." This time, it was Nick that took turn as the leader of the mission. Their priority was to get out of this secret laboratory before their enemy could find them. Faster for all of them to move if Oscar carried him so Oscar bent down his knees as Noah climbed his back.

Outside the vault room, there was Agent X stationed there to beat up their opponent. With his special skills, he had no problem to defeat 100 A-lister members in the national shadow team so this task was a piece of cake for him. The guards had been beaten up into a heap of dead bodies in front of the ground level lift of the bas.e.m.e.nt.

Before Nick and Agent X came to the rescue, Oscar had locked all the lifts inside the building except the bas.e.m.e.nt level. He also secured the staircase exits to prevent anyone entering the lobby using his disguise as the guard. All of them managed to escape the building with no difficulty using the back door at the ground level however they had to walk approximately 800 metres before hopping into the four-wheel drive. If their enemy managed to find them before they reached the 4 by 4 vehicle, it would delay their escape plan.

Fortunately, their opponent failed to keep track on them hence four of them safely exited the opponent's perimeter and headed back to the warehouse. Noah had no energy left in his body so he stayed silent throughout the journey back to their secret hideout but he couldn't doze off. He kept on remembering how much he was in pain before losing his conscious. The aftereffect had yet to fade. It was a traumatic experience for him. Although the pain had gone physically, his soul still being engulfed by it.

Sensing the anomaly, Nick next to the driver seat whispered to Oscar, the driver while at the backseat, Agent X casually ignored Noah who was in a deep thought.

" West Cliffestockbeach is a private town. How did you discover that place?"

"Yesterday boss received an anonymous tip via an email. In that email got that place's location and its building layout with Russell Stafford's information. The sender specially marked the secret room at the bas.e.m.e.nt of the level."

"Other than us, who else knew that town?"

"Ms Hugh. Casey Hugh."

Satisfied with the answers, Nick stopped probing. That was all he needed to know. The rest he would find them out by himself.

The journey took them almost one hour and a half into the jungle where the hiding base was located. Once they were in their safe zone, a team of doctors and nurses was waiting with a stretcher. Noah's special scouts were also on their tiptoes as their leader came back in a worrying state. Plus after being scolded by Nick, they were on their guard. No one was daring enough to break the silence in that spacious room. Only the sound of the medical team did their work was heard across the room.

Noah was then moved to the empty bed and the doctor quickly did the check up and appropriate treatment on him. An IV tube was inserted into his vein and slowly fell into a deep sleep. A binder was put on to separate Noah from the centre of the room to give him some privacy to rest.

While their boss was comfortably resting, the rest of them were fidgeted nervously. They thought that they would be disciplined after their boss settled in hence they were waiting for the punishment. However, neither Nick nor Oscar shouted at them. Surprisingly, Nick hurriedly flied out of the land using his private jet along with Agent X. Oscar, on the other hand, pulled one of the chairs nearer to the binder before he also drifted into the sleep. The rest of them were puzzled of the situation but none dared to voluntarily ask for punishments. They then quietly left the warehouse and stationed outside leaving their fate to the god.
