--- Noah's hiding base in South West Land ---

"Boss ordered us to clear the building and erase our traces. He said he would handle the matters on his own."

"Nonsense! There's no such thing as 'handling the mission alone'... How long you guys have been in this team huh?? How dare all of you to leave your boss alone at the enemy den?"

"Sir... we just followed boss's order..."

"Huh?? Follow his order? I guess all of you are so proud of your loyalty to your boss to the extent you can't distinguish which one is the priority... Go to hell with your loyalty!! I don't care! Each of you must bring your boss back here safely within an hour!"

Nick's nose flared up as he lashed out his anger. Every word came out from his mouth pierced into the eardrums of the members of Noah's special scouts team. They had came back successfully to their hiding base as per their boss's instruction.

But somehow they too failed in this mission considering that they had abandoned their boss at the enemy's place without a backup plan. So outrageous! As of this moment, they were torn between listening to their boss or this fierce man. All of them just looked each other with a ragged expression.

Seeing that none of them moved, Nick's patience almost lost out. Incredibly angered by this, he pulled out his phone and dialled one of his top contact numbers. After 2 seconds, his call was picked up by a young man voice.

"Agent X, I'll send you a location. Come to this place immediately. Red flag mission."

Tut... Tut...

The call was quickly ended after a few sentences. Surprisingly it wasn't Nick that hit the off call button but the other party named Agent X. Contrary to his fierce demeanour just now, he actually sighed a relief. This was a normal response to him. This Agent X was like that. He didn't bother to reply you as it would just waste his time and energy. You should be worried if he actually replied as it implied a rejection by him.

Nick's current condition didn't allow him to go on a mission by himself hence he needed someone well-trained to assist him in this red flag mission. Although Oscar was still waiting at the mission place, having a second assistant was a form of countermeasures in the urgent cases like today. This rude agent was far better than these useless scouts that came back without guaranteeing their leader's safety.

Nick then went to the locker at the side of the hiding base and grabbed the black attire and a harness to wrap it around his waist. He assembled the same equipment as Noah did before the mission. Now he was ready to go for the red flag mission.

Honestly, he freaked out when he received an emergency call from Oscar earlier on. In a blink of an eye, he flied to this secret base using his private jet. When Oscar reported to him that Noah was screaming out of sudden and continuously pleading for mercy, he panicked as this had never happened before. His sworn brother was in extreme danger!

While Nick was preparing for the mission, Oscar, on the other hand, was sweating profusely when he heard Noah's incessant screaming coming through the earpiece attached to his ear.

"AAAAARRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!"

"AAAAARRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!"

"AAAAARRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!"

What the hell was happening? Why was his boss shouting non-stop?

Alex was itching to make a move to his boss but if he hastily make a move, his boss's life would be jeopardised. Hence he remained frozen in his hiding while trying to decipher the whole situation.

Unlike others, Oscar rebuked his boss's order and chose to stay with his boss. He was Noah's right hand assistant. How could he leave just like that when his boss was acting weirdly! So after he cleared up the way for his team members to escape, he fled to the washroom at the end of the hall of ground level and pulled open the ventilation trunk to momentarily hide himself.

While he was hiding, a guard came to the washroom to inspect the place. Ting! An idea popped up in his mind as he saw that guard. He was lucky that only one guard entered the washroom so he had found a suitable target to be his substitute.

He quietly went down hit the target with a right amount of force at the neck to make the target fell unconscious for very long hours when the target wasn't facing him. He then stripped off that man's clothes and exchanged their attire before locking the target in the last toilet stall. With this guard's identity, it was easier for him to move and observe the situation while waiting for Nick's arrival. He couldn't hack the CCTV for the second time as their enemy was already aware of this tactic so he couldn't let the enemy knew that they hadn't left the building yet.

The only way to detect his boss's current location was through the GPS tracking. He switched on the special made watch on his wrist and with the blinking blue spot on the radar, he knew where was Noah. His boss hadn't moved out of the secret laboratory room at the bas.e.m.e.nt level and this highly alerted him as most probably his boss had been caught by their enemy. That might also explain the screaming but... but... his boss was the strongest person he ever met. None of the greatest possible tortures could make him scream this loud. Something must be wrong.
