Basara returned to his home using his teleportation magic as he appeared in the living room where everyone was currently present. The moment Basara appeared in the room, he was greeted by Mio and Yuki as both of them jumped into his arms and gave him a tight hug. Basara enjoyed their warm embrace while looking around the room. Aside from Mio and Yuki; Chika, Shiho, Maria, Sheila and Zest were also present. After separating himself from Mio and Yuki, Basara went towards Sheila, Maria and Zest. But the moment he began approaching the trio, Maria hung her downwards as she refused to make eye contact with Basara due to the feelings of shame and guilt plaguing her mind.

"Basara, I-" Before Maria could say anything more, Basara sat in front of her to match gazes with her and pulled her into his embrace. He stroked her silky silver hair Ashe whispered soothing words into her ears to calm her down.

"There's no need to apologize, Maria. I already know about everything. You don't need to give my any explanation. None of this is your fault. Yu did everything for the sake of protecting your mother and I commend that. I am just happy that you're with us." Basara then looked directly into Maria's eyes as he spoke with a blazing conviction "Maria, always tell me if something or someone is troubling you. You're my little sister so I'll always protect you and keep you happy. Never be afraid to share your problems with me, because I'll always help you in any way I can. Because it makes me happy when you rely on me and it makes my heart break to see you sad." Hearing Basara's words, Maria began to tear up as she hugged Basara began crying in his arms while saying "I am so sorry, Basara!! Uwaah!!" Basra continued to comfort Maria until she stopped crying and fell asleep in his arms.

"Mio, take Maria to her room. She just be tired to everything that's happened today. Tonight you should sleep along with her and take care of her." Mio nodded her head and carried Maria over to her room. Basara then stood up and looked at Sheila and Zest.

"I've already dealt with Zolgear once and for all, so there's no need to worry about him. Now, what're you going to do, Sheila, Zest?"

"Thank you for saving me and my daughter and also killing Zolgear, Basara. The people from the Moderate Faction would be arriving here at any moment to take me and Zest. They'll probably want to imprison Zest and interrogate her. It's your choice if you want to go to the Moderate Faction, Zest. If you go, I'll keep you directly under me and make sure to keep you safe. But of you want to stay with Basara, I am sure he's more than capable of protecting you. Fufufu..." Hearing the last part of Sheila's words, Zest revealed a rare blush but came to her senses very quickly as she spoke "I will do whatever Basara commands. "No, Zest. Tell me what you want to do. I want to hear from your mouth about what path you'll choose. Do you want to stay here together in this house with is r do you want to go to the Demon Realm? Ultimately, as long as you're happy, I'll comply with any wishes you have." Saying so, Basara gave her a gentle smile. Seeing a smile on Basara's extremely handsome face, Zest felt her heart eating very fast as another blush on her face appeared which was darker than the previous one. But she couldn't find any words to speak. She wanted to stay here with Basara ad his woman, but for a servant to make such a request to her Master was considered very bad. To her she was just a mere servant who wasn't worthy f being with someone as great as Basara. Basara understood the thoughts going through Zest's mind. Basara wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her close to him with his eyes directly gazing into hers and their faces only a few centimeters away from each other. The blush on Zest's face spread up to her ears as she felt her heart beating even faster like a race car.

"Zest, I order you to tell me what you wish. If you truly consider me as your Master, then you'll now answer me."

".....If you insist so much, I...will tell you. I..want to be...with you in this house....not just as your servant....but also as one of your...women...."

"Good girl. I will happily grant your wish. From now on, you will be my maid and my woman." Then without any hesitation, Basara planted his lips on hers. Zest was surprised at her master's sudden kiss but she did not attempt to retaliate. After giving a relatively tame kiss to Zest that continued for three minutes,Basara separated his lips from hers and he looked at Sheila.

"Sheila, you heard Zest. She'll be staying with me from now on. Tell this to the Moderates as well."

"I will ensure that there are no problems from the Moderates for you and Zest. But you sure are a lucky womanizer, aren't you? With our handsome appearance and kind personality along with this sweet words, you can woo any girl, married or nor. Maybe even I might fall for you. Fufufufu...." It was obvious that Sheila was trying to tease Basara. Basara looked into Sheila's eyes and said with a gentle smile on his face "I've no problem with that. Basra then sat down and whispered into Sheila's ear "And I'm sure that I'm more than capable of taking care of your needs and satisfying you enough to make you believe that you're in heaven." This time it was Sheila's turn to blush as she had an incredulously expression on her face. She made a pouting expression on her face as she said "You bully! Hmph!" Then without saying any other words, she simply teleported away to the Demon Realm.

Basara simply chuckled at her reaction as he stood back up again and looked day Yuki, Shiho, Chika and Zest.

"Yuki, please show Zest around the apartment and help her select a suitable room for her. All of you should now go and take rest. Today was a long day after all. Tomorrow we've to leave for the village, so pack your necessary clothes and items. Yuki, explain everything to Zest about our departure to the Hero Village. I'll be going to my room now." Basra then went back to his room and went to sleep after freshening up. Tomorrow early in the morning they would've have to leave for the Hero Village.
