Everyone turned to look at the owner of the command. He was wearing the same black outfit but on his right sleeve, instead of arrow, a gold star was embroidered on it.

"YES, SIR!!" Both Senior Dean and Senior Jayden saluted him in respect and went to the horse stand to carry out the order. They didn't even bother to rebuke it although the reason why they got punished was unreasonable. They took the order very seriously.

Hence Mia plucked her courage although her heart was beating nervously when confronting this man, "Heyy... why did you punish them? It's not their fault that my friend got sick."

Shocked, Jane widened her eyes and thought to herself, 'Mia... out of all people in this school, why must be Master Nick that you choose to blatantly question his judgement? When others are berating you, you keep silent and appear defenceless. Compared to me, you're more troublemaker. ' Jane was close to tears when she realised how foolish this new friend of her was.

Jane had no choice but to pipe up politely,"Sir, I'm deeply apologise for my friend's behaviour. She's new and has yet to meet everyone in this school. My friend isn't aware of who you are..."

Nick chided, "Hmmphh... including her own master? How ignorant you are! You come here to learn from me and yet you didn't who is your master?! Not to mention that you've misused the purpose of the emergency call for something so trivial like this!"

Strangely, every words came out from this uninvited man's mouth made her blood boil so she decided to retaliate in one vicious effort. This was the first time in her twenty plus life ever been this mad!

"Firstly, even if you're my master, you don't have the right to de-value my friend's life. She was burning just now. Who knew if she could die because of the high fever?! Plus, I'm not the one who want to come here. I was forced to and lastly, yes I admit that I wrongly press the emergency call this morning but I've a reason for it. It wasn't intentional, not to pull prank on you."

This kid... how dare she! Nick stared closely at his new student's face, planting every each of her face features in his brain. This face, he would remember it for eternity...the first student who dared to discipline her own master...

Seeing his action, Mia felt as if it was an insult to her. She knew that she didn't have a flawless skin or a pretty face but this was a big NO for men to do on women. Not backing off, she shoved her face at him and fiercely fought with her brown eyes. Out of blue, it turned into an eye-staring competition. Neither of them was planning to admit defeat anytime soon.

Initially Jane wanted to ease the tension but ended up worsening the situation. Indeed she wasn't good at soothing people. If only Carolyn was here, she knew what to do to resolve the matter but sadly, she had a p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e time training herself while two of them caught in a bad luck. Jane silently cried for Carolyn's presence, 'Carolyn, where are you when we need you the most?!'

Jane regretted for falling sick at such a wrong time. If she wasn't bound by the IV grip and also her body could run fast, she surely had gone by now, saving herself from this death threat. This was all because of that group of vixens!

If they didn't report this morning case to Senior Dean, she wouldn't have been called to the warden office. She then no need to endure the anger inside her in order to woo her crush which ended up causing her the fever. She was sick because she wasn't able to lash out her emotions properly. Now she got admitted and had to face this terrifying situation.

Those vixens... she must them a lesson!

Ring! Ring! Nick's personal phone buzzed, asking to be picked up. He took out the phone from the back pocket and hit the 'accept' button without breaking his stare.

"Nick, we've got another clue. They're developing a new drug and it's confirmed that the experiment takes place at West Cliffestockbeach."

"Hmmm..." Nick coldly replied the caller and turned the call off.
