Mia leaned half of her weight on Jane as she extended her right hand over Jane's shoulder and firmly gripped it to support her all the way to the training hall. Although it was troublesome for Jane as she had to walk with additional weight added on her, she still securely wrapped her left hand around Mia's wrist to avoid both of them falling.

In the darkness of the night, Mia tried to supress her laughter but she couldn't help to broaden the corner of her mouth and formed a wide smile on her face when she saw how struggle Jane was to walk with her limping to the training hall. Both of them knew that Mia purposely acted weak to test how far the truth in Jane words' to not abandoning Mia when both of them were in trouble.

Seeing Jane being this kind when in fact she should be exploding by this time, Mia applauded Jane's endurance albeit her childish request to have Jane carried her somehow increased the rate of them being found by the elites. Jane truly depicted her loyal characteristic as a friend.

The three minutes usual journey to the training hall had been extended to ten minutes but luckily the elites on duty had yet to bump into them so both Jane and Mia safely reached the hall.

"Cut if off. We're here.." Jane immediately dumped Mia onto the ground as she released her hand that secured Mia's wrist once they arrived at the back door of the training hall.

Mia didn't foresee this hence her b.u.t.t hit the ground painfully with an audible thud sound. She almost cursed out but able to shut her mouth as she didn't want to attract the elites to this hall with her screaming. She narrowed her eyes to Jane sharply as if her gaze could flatline Jane in one second for throwing her to the ground unwarning but Jane remained unfazed with her strong gaze. In the end, Mia just rolled her eyes in annoyance as she gave up from trying to kill Jane with her eyes.

"How do we get in? Do you know how to pick the lock?" asked Mia as she tried to turned the knob of the back door but it was locked.

"No. But we still can get in. There!" Jane lifted her head towards an open window that was located a bit higher above the door frame.

Mia's eyes bulged out seeing how high that window was from her height. How she could climb the wall to break into the hall through that window without any support?!

"How to climb the wall? I'm not a Spider-Man or any other superheroes."

Jane lightly knocked Mia's head and said in a half-anger tone, "Can't you see that? Push the barrel near the door and then you climb on it. I need to stay here to check on the elites. If both of us come in using the window and leave the barrels just like this, surely the elites will know that we're in here."

"Then how do you get in? I can't leave you outside here and let the elites catch you."

"Mia... do you know that the door can be unlocked from inside just like the normal door you've been using?!" Jane didn't know whether to cry or to laugh with Mia's slow thinking.

"Oh! Hehe.... I can do that.."

"Quick, push them here and climb up fast."

The barrel was empty so it was easy to push it and their movements were restricted as to make sure no sound was made when they were moving the barrel. Firstly, they laid down the barrel on the ground before rolling it towards the door and then lifted it up from the floor to make it stand horizontally so that it can reach the window's height.

To leap on top of the barrel, Jane bent down her knees and slouched her back to let Mia stepped on it. Mia carefully place her right foot on Jane's back before gave a little push to her jump as she stretched her hand and gripped the round corner of the barrel. She tried to get on the barrel but her arms were not strong enough to provide force for her to pull her weight against the gravity. She ended up hanging in the air. Jane had to support and push from below and finally after such hassle, she made it.

Through the window, Mia could see the inside of the hall although the light was a bit dim. She was lucky that the window was connected to a small corner that got staircase attached to it or else, she needed to jump down from this such height and got injured instead. She broke into the hall through the window and quickly descended the staircase to unlock the door from inside.

While Jane pushed the barrel back to its place once she saw Mia safely got inside through the window. She dusted off the dirt that she got from touching the barrel especially on her hands as she waited for Mia to open the door. At the same time, she looked around in the darkness to ensure that no one saw her stood in front of the door but suddenly, something clenched her shoulder from behind when she was facing the right side of the hall.

Jane thought that it was Mia so she spun around to see the said person but however eyes widened as she saw an unknown dark shadow in front of her. There were two red eyes glowing in the dark and stared directly at her.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Jane screamed as loud as she could as terror gripped her heart.

That shadow stretched his fingers over Jane's mouth and tightly pressed on it as to stop Jane's shouting. As a result, Jane bit one of the fingers to freed herself. Nevertheless her effort was futile since the shadow managed to hold her hands tightly before she could run.
