That night, the King and the Queen slept in half-worries heart. Their niece's had a very long journey to go. That child was bound to face many hardsh.i.p.s as she grew up. It was all started on the day she was born. There was a hidden secret behind her birth. All that the Queen knew that the mother, the Queen's younger sister had to send the child to South West Land by force and ended up adopted by the Wilson family. The Queen had lost the niece on the day she was born and a few years later, she lost her cousin too. Everything was a tangled mess and it took almost two decades for her to find her niece again.

The Queen was so frightened that her sister's only heiress would be the next victim of the massacre that took place in South West Land fifty years ago. Ordinary people just heard the massacre story as a rumour but the story was the truth. The only difference was that the Young Prince at that time was successfully being rescued by the Shadow Team and to protect him, the whole royal families decided to spread another rumour that said the Young Crown Prince had been killed by the rebellious group.

The Young Prince, the only survivor of his family, lived his life as an ordinary citizen from thereon. His current location and news were kept secret to even all of the royal family members. Only the King and certain highly classified people knew. Even the Queen was kept in the dark about the Young Prince of the South Region. So when the Queen, who was the Princess of East Region at that moment, heard that her late sister had sent the newborn baby to that cursed land, she was scared of the same thing to happen again if the rebellious group came to know about it. The Queen even went berserk and argued with her late sister before the sister died but it was too late to retrieve back that child.

As to why her late sister sent the child away to that cursed land, the Queen had yet to know about it. Till present, she had sought many ways to investigate the matter but a lot of missing puzzles she had yet to find them. It wasn't easy for the royal families to dig the matter because it was related to the underground parties in SW Land which they weren't on a friendly term. What the Queen knew so far was the father to that child was part of the underground gang and as to whether the father was still alive or not, the Queen's people couldn't find it out.

In the same night, after the King and the Queen had turned off the light in their room, a few royal members of Central Region were discussing secretly among themselves about the recent rumour they heard. It was obviously about the Queen's lost niece.

Person 1: What should we do now? Our King seems to hear his wife's words more than us... If we are late to act on time, the East Region will conquer our land as well."

Person 2: "The East Region has become greedier. They want to use that lost child to strengthen their influence, the same way they used previously by marrying their princess into our family."

Person 3: "Should we just send people to kill that child? We can't allow this to happen."

Person 1: "Are you crazy? It's the same as declaring war against the East Region. They have more power than us now and can easily remove us from the Royal Council."

Person 3: "But it's better to eliminate the child before we totally lose our power in the council."

Person 2: "Well, that's not the only way to prevent the East from expanding their influence. Either the Queen get pregnant or we get someone else pregnant of the King's child."

Person 3: "Wow! The second choice is crazy but may be our only option. We all know that the Queen cannot get pregnant. If she can, by now the King at least has an heir or heiress to rely on."

Person 1: "But if we can make that happen. the King's only child will be too young for the throne. The Queen can still cut off our only way by using her lost niece. I heard that she's 24 years old as of this year. Aside from the experiences needed, she already qualifies for any spot in the council."

Person 2: "Then in the end, we'll still need to kill that child or make her not a qualified member of the council."

Person 1: "Kill? Let's avoid that for now. We'll be exposed if we take the wrong route."

Person 2: "Don't worry. Our cover won't blown off if we can find the right person to do it. I heard that we can hire an elite agent to do that kind of job smoothly."

Person 3: "Are you referring to Maxwell Training School? It's quite well known among the royal families and also the politicians. Maxwell's agents are second to the Royal Shadow Team."

Person 1: "Talking about the shadow team, do you think the Queen has instructed somebody from that team to guard that child? If yes, 10 Maxwell's agents are still not enough."

Person 2: "She won't dare to send one because if she does, other royal members will know the current whereabouts of that child. She'll put that niece of hers in more danger."

Person 1: "Then Maxwell's agent is a good one but let's not kill her first. Just make her crippled or comatose... That's more than enough to disqualify her from being the council members."

Person 2: "We'll see how it goes later. If that child goes out of control, then we have no other choice but to make her silent forever."
