Chapter 25 - My most faithful subject 2.

*The dialogue and monologues in this chapter is spoken in animal languages. For your convenience I translated it into basic English spoken by the Main character. Now enjoy!

It was hard to even move my body. My body was burned black from his highnesses flames. The fight was one sided. As expected from his highness! I am no match for his greatness!

I can't injure his highness but I can't give up! Not now! I have to show his highness that he's the most powerful being in this world!

I took a deep breath and slowly started walking towards his highness. For six years I slowly increased the amount of mana circulating around my body. Mana constantly leaves my mana vessel and joins the bloodstream and that mana is quickly replenished every time I breathe. This creates a circle where my mana is constantly moving. This makes the mana inside my body balanced.

I took a deep breath and broke the balance. I used every bit of mana inside my mana vessel and spread them around the body. My veins started to heat up and enlarge. As I was running towards his highness my body started to turn red from heat. My momentum increased exponentially and I concentrated all that momentum on my fists. With a thunderous sound my fists clashed with his highness's scales. The clash created a friction which pushed both of us away.

All my mana was used in last attack and my gigantic ball sized mana vessel was completely empty. I started breathing heavily but the amount of mana that entered my body was useless to keep my body alive.

My new enforced body works on 100:40:40 ratio. 100 represents the amount of mana in my vessel and 40 represents amount of mana to keep my enforced body to keep working. Forty percent of my total mana is always circulating around my body and if I am in normal area with enough mana I could recover that forty percent easily. I used up all my mana in my body and to not die I have to recover at least forty percent of my total mana. This place can't contain that much mana and so I have no choice but to die.

But I just can't die like this! With every bit of determination I very slowly stood up. I looked at his highness and said to him, "Your highness you don't understand your own power! Look at your surroundings!" After saying that I pointed at the scenery around us. The land was in ruins and trees were burned. After showing his highness the scenery I said, " There's two ways to destroy a tree. First way is to use up all the mana in the surrounding are. Left without mana trees would wilt. But when the mana comes back they would regrow again. Other way to destroy trees are with brute strength. Trees have immense durability and only thing that could destroy them is the natural disasters. You're as strong as any natural disaster. No, You may even be stronger! Our fight was a short one and with just one fire breath you destroyed the scenery around this place! This amount of destruction is only possible with your power! With just a breath you could destroy the world!"

When I was about to say more I stopped. The words couldn't leave my mouth and I slowly closed my eyes. I was too tired. I just want to sleep.

...

At the same time near the Dragon Kingdom(Bunch of Caves owned by a Dragon King)

I was looking at my son with tears streaming of my eyes. I gave him the doc.u.ments studied by my husband and said, "Follow the biggest shadow! Never stop and never give up. You have to give these doc.u.ments to the King of the elven race!"

....

Looking at the dead body of my subordinate I felt my heart hurting. Uther served me for twelve years. For twelve years he did everything in his power to try and Increase my power.

Twelve years ago I saved him on a whim not expecting much from a weak human. They're truly a weird creatures I though looking at the place where Uthers last attack landed on. My scales around that area had few cracks.

I again looked at the dead body and said, "Intelligence is truly a scary force. With just his intelligence he became so powerful. He was truly intelligent but was also a fool. He relied too much on intelligence and believed in what he saw. No matter how many times I told about the power of that being, Uther never listened. Intelligent people are the brightest but also one of the most stubborn. He believed in what he saw and refused what was told to him. That is an admirable trait but sometimes it could also be a great weakness!"

I looked at the sky and saw a gigantic shadow of a tree. I believed with the combined intelligence of all the intelligent creatures I could someday overcome him. But it seems that I was mistaken. I too relied on intelligence of others which made me reliant. Using intelligence against a being who defies logic is by itself an unreasonable idea.

I again looked at Uther's body and slowly started to gather mana around my mouth. He was my most faithful subject and for all of his service I'll never let his body be left here. For all of his service I can't let him be defiled on this dirty land. I used the strongest fire breath ever to incinerate Uthers body. His body was fully incinerated and his ashes were spread by the wind. Most of his life he was a slave. At first he was a slave for Apes and after that he was my slave. All his life was spent of servitude and now he could finally be free. This is everything I could do to you. You will never be forgotten as you're my most faithful subordinate.
