Max woke up around 5 the next morning, he brought out Charmander and together they looked around for some firewood. Once the fire was started he began to make some scrambled eggs with cut tomatoes and sausages.

When he was done he gave some to Charmander so that he could taste it and then served 2 plates "Again, you don't have to pretend to be sleeping. If there's something I learned is that you probably wake up as soon as something moves haha."

Serenity sighed and stood up grabbing the food and a soda that he handed to her. She had been sleeping with Houndour during the night so as soon as she moved the dog pokémon woke up.

She gave it a few pats in the head and hugged it. Max smiled and joined in petting Houndour as well but he didn't expect to suddenly be hugged by Serenity "Thank you so much, Max, you have no idea how long I have wanted to have a cute animal that I could touch and hug without having to worry about poisoning him."

Max rubbed her back and whispered "You don't have to thank me"

He brought out the disposable bowls that she had bought the day prior and called out all the pokémon to begin eating. Gyarados was the only one that he had to personally feed since a small bowel wouldn't even tickle his hunger.

Once that was all down he sat and began to eat, while going through all the things he had planned. Since Serenity's two 'vacation' days were over he wanted her to make the blueprints that they would need after the land was bought so construction workers could do their thing. Once she had finished he would get a licensed architect to take a look at it and give the seal of approval. He also wanted her to get some more money from the corrupt people in Viridian City but he decided that Lance should also go, that way he would know that both of them are safe.

The other thing that he had planned was to make her learn more about business. Since she was an assassin that meant that she had to be smart and good at deception so she was the perfect candidate. That way he would show her what to do so that he could continue his goal of becoming one of the best trainers. He only wanted her to take care of business until they could find someone that was trustworthy to do all that. Serenity had a large part of her life without being able to do what she wanted so he had no intention of enslaving her with too much work.

He began thinking about how helpful another set of hands would be so that the two servants weren't too overworked. "Just how many more times do I have to battle in order to make that happen?"

Max sighed and opened his status board and as soon as he saw it he spat out the soda that he had in his mouth.

{System Board}

Serenity quickly stood up and walked up to him, "Are you alright? What happened"

Max nodded and smiled "Yeah sorry about that"

He wiped his mouth and began eating again while he lost himself in his thoughts "Okay so last time that I summoned Serenity I had 7 out of the 100 battles needed to get another ticket. How the hell did this thing add 108 battles won. I haven't gotten in any actual battles other than with Brock,..... unless... that time Gyarados demonstrated his attacks and ended up electrocuting a river full of Magikarp, and then there was also the part where he used the electrified whirlpool and knocked out 40 Spearows. Could it be possible that every single pokémon that was affected counted as a battle won?"

Max looked at the storm dragon with sparkling eyes "This is great when I made my wish I meant a win in a match between my pokémon and the pokémon from another trainer. Now that I think about it, pokémon don't care if the other has a trainer or not, as long as they beat the other one they count it as a win. This means that I could spam Gyarados's electric attacks and get as many extra hands as I need... No what the hell am I thinking, sure having someone else that I can trust is great but that's just the thing, I have no freakin idea who the hell is going to pop out."

He sighed and called back all the pokémon, then he looked at Serenity and gave her a troubled smile "Hey Serenity do you think that I could ask you for something?"

She stood up and walked in front of him "What is it?"

"Well, I need to know if you could help me get rid of someone?"

Serenity didn't even think about it and nodded "If that's it then just tell me who it is."

He looked at her surprised, "Don't you even want to know why I want him killed ?"

She shook her head "I trust you, whoever you want dead I'm sure you have your reasons".

Max sighed and shook his head "Well I'll tell you why anyway, there is this guy that was harassing who knows how many women. He also installed cameras in areas where he shouldn't like bathrooms and recorded them. Now I know this is messed up and might not be enough to kill the bastard but then when I think about his father in law that tried to have me and Lance killed last night to shut us up….."

As soon as she heard this Serenity released a tremendous amount of blood l.u.s.t that even made Houndour begin to shiver. He patted her head and smiled, "anyway if the old man was willing to kill us doesn't that mean that he could have killed women that the man harassed just to keep their company and family name safe. Then there is also the fact that if I give the proof to the police then that would mean that the old gramps might get pissed at us and end up telling people about me and Lance. It would be easy to deny it but it would still put a seed of doubt in everyone, so you see the man is less trouble if he is killed."

Serenity nodded and began to comfort the frightened Houndour "I agree so where can I find him?"

Max sighed and sat down "That blood l.u.s.t of yours is really scary, I'm actually about to go with them. Lance is hidden, watching them in the Heaven Stay Hotel."

She looked at him confused "Then if Lance is there, why doesn't he just do it?"

"Well, that's because I want me and Lance to be seen by police so that just in case the family of the man tries to rat us out and accuse us of his death we have an alibi. This could be fixed by killing the whole family but then it would look suspicious that they all die after handing their company and ranch. Anyay all you have to do is make his death look like an accident."

She nodded and together they teleported near the hotel, she turned invisible and followed him as they walked to the Heaven Stay Hotel. Since he already knew the room number he walked in without talking to the receptionist. When he was in front of the door he knocked and right away it was opened by the daughter of the old man.

She was dressed in a revealing outfit, as soon as she opened the door she began looking around. Max knew exactly what she was thinking and smiled "My father will be up shortly, he had other business he had to attend to."

The woman nodded and let him in, he signaled her to lead the way and he closed the door, but not before he let Lance and Serenity exit and enter. Once the door was closed Serenity walked beside him to make sure that she was prepared if he was in danger.

They led him to the living room again where the 2 men were waiting for them. The woman took her place beside her father and opposite to her husband.

The old man gave a small bow "Young sir, I'm surprised that your father let you come here alone."

Max smiled and shook his head "No he is coming here soon, besides I can defend myself pretty well so there is nothing for you to worry about."

The old man nodded and began to try and flatter him but Max wasn't paying attention to anything he was saying and instead listened to Serenity who lightly whispered "They had the place bugged, the devices were taken care of, I imagine that it was work of Lance"

Max sighed and nodded "So, I imagine that you have all the paperwork done?

The bastard man nodded and looked at Max with hatred, "We are just waiting for your father to get everything finished."

He nodded and took the paperwork in front of him and began reading the content. After a while, he began shaking his head "This is not what we agreed to, I don't ever remember saying that you could keep any percentage of the company or the ranch. You are to give it all to us, we don't want a portion of it."

The old man smiled and began to nod ferociously "I understand but Young man, we are only keeping 10 percent and both you have the other 90 percent. There is no reason to argue for an insignificant amount such as 10 percent."

Max began laughing "I have to agree with you, that's why there shouldn't be any trouble with you giving up that insignificant percentage is there?"

The old man began to turn red with anger but kept a straight face "Youngman please try to..."

They heard someone knock the door and the woman began to run towards it. After a few seconds, Lance walked in with the woman wrapped tightly around his arm."

Lance sat next to him and the woman followed him, she pressed herself to him and began to talk "Lance my father was just explaining to your son about us keeping a small percentage of the company and the ranch." She began to use her finger and run it around his c.h.e.s.t."

The servant smiled and wrapped his arms around her, he looked at Max and asked: "So what do you say son, should we let them?"

Max didn't think about it at all and said "Nah we left things pretty clear last time, I just hope that they have the contract that we agreed somewhere else otherwise things will get ugly."

The old man shook his head "Mr. Lance please just let us keep that little percent. Don't use what this idiot bastard did to take everything from us."

The woman nodded and moved her head closer to Lance until she was practically breathing in the side of his face "Come on just agree and I'm sure you won't regret it."

Lance smiled and nodded, he began to stand up and helped the woman up. He got close to her "I gotta say it will be a waste if I don't agree but I can live with that." The faces of the three schemers changed and the woman tried to move away from Lance, but she wasn't quick enough. The servant swiftly picked her up and began walking towards the window "Looks like the pavement is going to get another visitor."

The men quickly stood up and yelled "Enough, if you do anything to her then you will regret it. Just like what you did to us we have recorded everything and if you don't stop all this nonsense we will send it to the cops."

Lance looked at them and gave a mischievous smile "Oh really and how exactly did you manage that."

The bastard man brought out a laptop "All the cameras here are connected to this, with one click of a button everything that has happened gets sent to everyone."

The servant laughed and nodded "Before you do that are you sure you don't want to see what it is that you actually have recorded."

The man looked confused and looked at the video and became pale "Ho...How...Th...There's nothing it's all...."

Lance laughed and put the woman down "Technical difficulties happen to everyone at the worst possible times. Still, that little stunt will cost you sooner or later and I'm 99.9 percent sure that this was your idea. Now stop all this stupidity and bring out the actual contract."

The old man sighed and nodded "Well there's no way out, get the contract"

The bastard man looked at his father in law and then at the window and swallowed, he nodded and went into a room. He came back holding a yellow package and threw it at the table. Max grabbed it and began reading it, when everything was in order he nodded and smiled. He started to fill everything out with Lance's handwriting.

When he was done he yawned and handed it to Lance "Here you go father, do you happen to have your camera with you?"

The servant nodded and took it out. Max made the old man and Lance stand together shaking hands and smiling, with the contract right in the middle and he took the picture.

"Okay then since that's all done it's about time we get out of here."

They gave all three of them a wave, smiled and left them with Serenity. Once they were a good distance away they managed to find a mugger and Lance stopped him. They called out for police and waited for the cops to take the purse and the man away. Then after filling out the report, the officer thanked them and took the man and purse away.

"Well then, get ourselves an alibi, is checked, so now we go and turn in the stack of papers."

They went in and deposited the money to the bank, then they went back to the Celadon Forest Management Offices. They were recognized and taken to Lisa's office again, Max was relieved that he wouldn't have to wait for his number."

The woman looked at him and smiled "So Max do you have everything ready?"

He nodded and gave her the filled out papers. She began looking over it and gave him a thumbs up "This is great, do you happen to have the money?"

Lance handed her his card and she swiped it and a receipt started being printed while she stamped the doc.u.ment. Lisa ripped out the yellow pages and stapled them with the receipt "That's your copy and this is mine. Tomorrow we are going to send some people to mark the border of your land."

They both nodded and left after thanking her. Once they were in the street Lance turned around and asked "So what now?".

Max sighed and scratched his head "There's something that I want to talk to you about."

The blue-haired servant noticed the change in mood from Max and knew that it was serious so he quickly nodded. Once they were back in camp they sat down and took out some drinks. "So remember when I told you that every 100 battles that I won I could summon a servant?"

Lance popped open his soda and nodded "Yeah it was that time we were fishing, we were drinking some soda at that time too. Did something change with that requirement, don't tell me that the number of battles you need increased."

Max shook his head and smiled "Actually no it looks like as long as I beat a pokémon it counts as a win, for example, those Spearows that I knocked out and Gyarados might have accidentally electrocuted some Magikarp as well. I'm still not quite sure how it works, I'll do some testing soon. The point here is that there is a way that we could quickly summon help if we ever need it and right now I have a ticket waiting. Do you think that I should summon it or wait till later?"

The servant nodded and began to think, after a few minutes he smiled and nodded "Well I say why not. I'm pretty sure that I've said this before but I feel that at times when you're not too sure about something then just go with it and leave it all to luck. With how lucky you are then it might be some chick my age in the search of a real man like moi."

Max looked at Lance and sighed "That's the real reason you want me to summon one isn't it?"

The servant smiled and shook his head "Even if it was the thing here is that the earlier that we can trust someone then the easier things become. Like you said there might be some bad organizations and at the moment we are invisible to them so why not get some help early on and start becoming a real group. Don't get me wrong tho, I'm not asking you to go out there attacking large packs of pokémon to get points. Just go with the flow and if you get a ticket we summon it and see if the person can be trusted. Besides only an idiot would say no to his/her freedom right? It might not be complete but you give us some of that back and I say that's a win already."

Max stood up and patted the servant's arm "Alright then let's discuss it with Serenity when she comes back. Then we can stop by to take a look at our new company and then hopefully I can get some training in, at this point me and my pokémon are going to get rusty."

Lance gave him a mischievous smile "If that's really how you feel then Golduck, Scizor, and I are willing to help."

He smiled and nodded "I might take you up on that. For now, let's just chill and wait for Serenity, I had to carefully read so many doc.u.ments lately that I'm kinda tired."
