Second Chance: Overlord

After spending three more days at the Sun Branch Xion, Quinn Lan and Quinn Xiao packed and went back to the Moon Branch.

It was disappointing how after destroying Quinn Lu's reputation, property and releasing all his slaves made him run away. Xion wanted to kill the bastard as fast as possible, but had delayed too much. He wouldn't commit such a grave mistake ever again.

The things that were found in that compound were very freaky. People of different races on their deathbed due to constant torture, **** and starvation. There were some who craved it, those were sent to places they could be helped and cared for. Xion was truly astonished of the things Quinn Lu does as a hobby.

All in all, he was happy to be back home. He was excited because in a week the first day of the Moonlight Academy will arrive. Thinking of how many rivals and assholes his going to have to stomp down in his first day and shivered in excitement, smiling at the thought.

He also began thinking about the girl that had saved him the first day he transmigrated into his new self. He didn't like owing anyone and saving him wasn't a small favor. Xion knew that he had to do something about it, he just doesn't know what or how since he doesn't really know Xaio Lilith.

"Xion come in and eat, you have to go with your father to the market later so hurry up!" Quinn Xiao yelled from inside the house while Xion meditated outside.

It was a normal day which is always greatly appreciated. Days like this should always be valued in a world like Rain where monsters and crazy immortals run rampant around it every day. The strong prey on the weak and the weak are eaten if not careful.

….One Week Later….

It was early morning and Xion was extremely excited. He was so nervous and anxious that it was hard for him to get a good night's sleep. He got up as soon as his mother started with breakfast.

The Moonlight Academy uniform had arrived. It's a good thing they have uniforms because bullies won't be able to judge others by the way they dress, that way they can't distinguish the influentials with the commoners.

It was a long jacket completely opened in the front, it was black in color and had a crescent moon and the words 'Moonlight Academy' written over the moon in the back and a smaller version of the same on top of the heart. A blue shirt and blue visser over it and black pants with cargo pockets which the jacket kind of blocked view of.

Xion smiled at the way he looked, his bangs were trimmed well yesterday divided in half one to the left side and the other to the right revealing his very handsome face. His shiny and very clear blue eyes were shinning even more as they combined perfectly with the uniform.

Quinn Xiao quickly hurried Xion. Quinn Lan waited with the carriage at the edge of the land. And they rushed to the academy as fast as possible, they wanted to be early to quell their incredible and suffocating excitment.

….Moonlight Academy....

It was incredible. The view and feeling the Moonlight Academy gave off. Xion was beyond shocked, it was huge. But what shocked him the most was the architecture, it was gorgeous, a building as tall as a skyscr.a.p.er but made only of glass. Xion couldn't see anything from the outside he wondered if he could see out from the inside.

The Moonlight Academy looked too much like a modern building. Xion dared say that even better. The family of three slowly walked inside and were met with a crowd of parents and kids around the same age as Xion at the entrance. When they got a good look at the crowd they noticed some looked older, others looked younger it seemed like there was no age restriction. Suddenly a strong female voice boomed from inside and a beautiful woman with melons that could not be ignored, gorgeous skin and very long black hair came out her curves gracefully shown by the the short black dress she wore. She was accompanied by two students that seemed quite powerful.

"System, analyze." Xion was very interested in the aura these people exhumed. It was like he was staring at beasts and not humans.

Damn! These people were monsters and the ones at the top of the Academy. Body of Stars? Body of Moon? They all had Mental Cultivation as well and one of them had an unknown Potential, what the hell was this? Xion was shocked, these guys are far too powerful, one was the Director of the Academy, another the Student Council President and the 2nd Chair! All of them far surpassed Xion at the moment and that gave him a sense of excitement. This was definitely the right choice, coming to the academy and becoming the strongest in this world are all a part of his goal.

"Welcome…." The moment Director Xia spoke everyone was stunned by the resounding voice, so loud and full of superiority this woman isn't someone to be trifled with in the eyes of the normal people, but for Xion she looked like a stepping-stone arrogant and very s.e.xy. All he could think of was those big melons that bounced seductively.

"I am Director Xia, I welcome all of you to my Academy. Here, you will be taught the ways of the world we live in and find help to cultivate your combat capabilities. Most of the people who graduate from MY Moonlight Academy find themselves in amazing places where wealth and influence are sure to revolve around them…." Director Xia's words excited some of the parents and kids, but others that already had the mentioned were not even giving the slightest hint of interest.

"These two are my personal pupils, they are strong, powerful, smart and very brave. From the moment they came to the Academy they were blessed with very high Potential and were able to reach their current ranks by dedicating themselves and learning..." Everyone seemed intimidated by the two, they were supressing some of the kids by just gazing over them.

But they both made a mistake, the girl with red colored eyes and the boy with cold blue eyes gazed at Xion and intended to keep moving on but they couldn't even move.

'What the…' the girl with red eyes thought, she was sweating, her black hair began waving as she rose her Aura trying to forcefully suppress the damned boy who keeps smiling. How arrogant can that boy be?!

'This child is different I can't sense a powerful Aura from him compared to me and Karen, but why isn't he the least bit intimidated?' Julius was also shocked but he kept his cool and expressionless face. His mind was throttling trying to gain perspective of the boy's true power. But he couldn't feel shit.

'Kekeke, their really going at it, trying to intimidate the Epic One, tsk tsk, how arrogant, I won't let you go scotch-free….' Xion was happy to see that he was able to attract the attention of these two seniors. He kept smiling at them without a care. This was the fun he wanted, this was the challenge. He could feel both his seniors trying to suppress him with their powerful Auras but even though Xion felt the pressure he wasn't intimidated in the least as he shielded himself with his Demonic Aura.

'Let's see just how strong my two little seniors are, Keke...' Xion loved when people underestimated him, it reminded him of the time when he was an underdog in the Mafia eating them up one by one as they underestimated them. He began rising the intensity of his Demonic Aura combining it with his powerful Murderous Intent.

*Booom*

An explosion of colliding Auras began to unfold everyone around the three felt it even Quinn Xiao and Quinn Lan. They looked at their child who had his hands crossed in his c.h.e.s.t with a mischievous smile on his face and then changed their gazes to the podium where the Director and her pupils were standing and understood the situation. It was only the first day but their son was already competing with the strongest. What a little Devil.

Director Xia could feel the incredible pressure. She had told her pupils to test the crowd and see if there was anybody special but this is too much. As she looked into the crowd she saw the purple and golden aura exhuming and rising in intensity from a boy whom she had never seen. He was wearing the common uniform given out to the freshman and was smiling c.o.c.kily as he looked at both Karen and Julius.

When she looked behind her she could tell that both her pupils were having an extremely hard time suppressing the boy. What kind of monster was he? He seemed to be only 12-13 years old how could he possibly be stronger than her two students who were at least five years older. 'IMPOSSIBLE…!" she gasped and decided to tell them to stop but before she could Karen fainted and foamed in her mouth. While Julius lost his composure and his eyes showed fear which thoroughly impressed Director Xia. What impressed her even more was when she looked down and saw Julius pissing himself.

Director Xia looked at the boy again, this time very angrily. She wasn't happy in the least, that boy was humiliating her two students and not giving her any face after she complimented Karen and Julius. She roared and stomped the podium hard creating web-like cracks that spread all the way towards Xion.

Xion hadn't expected her to act. He was sure the Director was the one who ordered those two to use their Auras to suppress the crowd to see who was strong and who was weak. As the crack quickly directed itself towards Xion he stood there and did not move as he smiled at the director the crowd gasped as they did not understand what was going on. Quinn Lan and Quinn Xiao also stood their ground knowing exactly what was unfolding.
